Riposte: xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu

Bản phát hành tại Việt Nam không có PvP trực tuyến, bang hội và trò chuyện (tin nhắn riêng, chat bang), theo quy định về trò chơi điện tử trên mạng tại Việt Nam. Với người chơi ở Việt Nam, các mục về những tính năng này bên dưới không áp dụng.

Xóa ngay trong game

Mở Riposte, vào Cài đặt (bánh răng góc trên phải).
Kéo xuống mục Tài khoản, chọn Xóa tài khoản.
Đọc thông báo, gõ chữ XOA rồi xác nhận.

Tài khoản bị xóa ngay trên máy chủ, game quay về trạng thái mới cài.

Dữ liệu bị xóa

Tài khoản, tên hiển thị, avatar, tiến trình, ví (vàng, ngọc, tinh chất), vật phẩm, skin.
Hồ sơ công khai (câu châm ngôn, quốc gia, đồ trưng bày, huy hiệu), lượt thích.
Danh sách bạn bè, lời mời, tin nhắn riêng (cả hộp thoại với người kia), các dòng bạn viết trong chat bang, thư trong hộp thư, quà tặng, lời thách đấu.
Phiếu góp ý, báo lỗi, hỗ trợ bạn đã gửi (kể cả thông tin máy và nhật ký đính kèm).
Bản ghi các trận PvP trực tuyến của bạn, chỗ của bạn trong bảng xếp hạng, nhóm giải tuần, bang hội, trạng thái online, mã thiết bị đã nhập mã giới thiệu.

Dữ liệu có thể còn lại

Báo cáo vi phạm người khác gửi về bạn, và bản ghi trận PvP cũ không còn trong danh sách 100 trận gần nhất của bạn: tự xóa sau tối đa 90 ngày.
Thư quà bạn đã gửi cho bạn bè vẫn ở hộp thư của họ (mang tên nhân vật của bạn) tới khi hết hạn.
Giao dịch mua bằng tiền thật do Apple / Google lưu theo chính sách của họ.

Đã gỡ game hoặc không mở được?

Gỡ game xóa bản lưu trên máy nhưng không xóa tài khoản trên máy chủ. Cài lại game sẽ tạo một tài khoản mới: nút Xóa tài khoản trong game lúc đó chỉ xóa tài khoản mới này, không xóa tài khoản cũ.

Để xóa tài khoản cũ: cài lại game, vào Cài đặt, mục Hỗ trợ, chọn thẻ Hỗ trợ, gửi nội dung "Xóa tài khoản cũ" kèm mã kết bạn cũ (6 ký tự, dòng "Mã kết bạn của bạn" ở màn Bạn bè, nếu bạn còn nhớ hay đã chụp lại) hoặc tên nhân vật cũ. Chúng tôi xóa tài khoản đó trong vòng 30 ngày.

Delete from inside the game

Open Riposte and go to Settings (gear, top right).
Scroll to Account and choose Delete account.
Read the notice, type DELETE and confirm.

The account is deleted from the server right away and the game returns to a fresh install.

What is deleted

Your account, display name, avatar, progress, wallet (gold, gems, essence), items and skins.
Your public profile (motto, country, showcase, badges) and likes.
Friends, requests, direct messages (the whole conversation with the other player), the lines you wrote in guild chat, mailbox letters, gifts and challenges.
Feedback, bug and support reports you sent (including any attached device info and log).
The records of your online PvP matches, your leaderboard entries, weekly league group, guild membership, online status and the device id used for a referral code.

What may remain

Abuse reports other players filed about you, and old PvP match records beyond your latest 100: deleted automatically within 90 days.
Gift letters you sent to friends stay in their mailbox (with your hero name) until they expire.
Real-money purchase records are kept by Apple / Google under their own policies.

Uninstalled the game, or cannot open it?

Uninstalling removes the save on the device but does not delete the account on the server. Reinstalling creates a new account: the in-game Delete account button then deletes only that new account, not the old one.

To delete the old account: reinstall, open Settings, Support, and send a "Help" request saying "Delete my old account" with your old friend code (6 characters, the "Your friend code" line on the Friends screen, if you remember it or took a screenshot) or your old hero name. We delete that account within 30 days.
